The L-Ball LHSA is a high quality compact rod-end. This rod end is pre-loaded with quality lithium soap based grease, allowing these rods to be run for extended periods of time between re-lubrication. The ball-studs of LHSA 10 and lower are formed as a single solid body, LHSA 12 and higher which are designed for larger loads have the stud friction-welded to a high precision steel ball to give better resistance to wear. The NBR or neoprene rubber dust cover/boot helps resist dirt contamination.
