GIHR..DO series hydraulic rod ends, Rod eye with spherical bearing, Self-aligning clevis CGA, Swivel head CGA

  • very small linkage distances with maximum stroke utilisation
  • for shaft diameters from 20 mm to 120 mm
  • can be relubricated via taper type lubrication nipples to DIN 71 412
  • spherical plain bearing located in the housing by retaining rings
  • also available with maintenance-free spherical plain bearings GE..UK-2RS, GE..FW-2RS, GE..UK and GE..FW
  • available with left-hand thread GIHL..DO

Material for general purpose

  • Housing: Heat-treatable carbon steel C45 (d<80); nodular cast iron (d>80)
  • Bearing: GCr15(52100,100Cr6) bearing steel, phosphate treated

Material for corrosion resistance

  • Housing: AIS316 stainless steel
  • Bearing: AISI420 stainless steel
  • Liner: PTFE fabric
  • Shaft diameter: 20~50mm

Permissible operating temperature range

  • －50℃～＋150℃/－30℃～＋130℃(PTFE lined)
